Set in the heart of Bath, the site is nestled between existing buildings and demolition and remedial works have been undertaken, with neighbouring businesses, residents and surrounding environment considered.
The project primarily involves full enabling works including removal of the existing slab, re-establishment of the water course and removal of existing ground structures.
The main build will see new foundations and sub-structure, internal partitions and fit out over 3 stories, internal and external decorations, signage, hard and soft landscaping, and not to forget the hanging Vampire Plane, a signature feature seen in many of Vanguard Holdings facilities across the North West and South of England.
