As one of our most valued clients, we continue to deliver projects of greatly varying scope to John Lewis Partnership.
A fit out of 23,000 square metres for John Lewis in the new Victoria Gate development in Leeds alongside an additional 42,000 square metres of retail and leisure space, as well as a multi-storey car park. The scheme consisted of five sales floors, two basement levels and a rooftop area.
A fit out of 125,000 square feet sales area for John Lewis in the new Westgate centre development in Oxford. The project was made up of three sales floors, ground, upper ground and first floors with associated rooftop restaurant. As in the John Lewis Leeds project, there were a series of phased handovers during the 29 week programme, the most significant being at 20 weeks when we handed over space to the shop fitters to continue fitting out the different concession stores within John Lewis.
A store fit-out of 250,000 sqft sales area as part of the Westfield development in London. Completed within a 34 week programme, with four floors, including a welded metal cantilvered customer feature staircase, an INCA Atrium Plot stretching over all floors, engineered to align with the full height glazing.
